A creative writing workshop where you will develop characters and a plot for an erotic short story. Each writing and concept development exercise will build on the one before - the goal being to have a short story or vignette at the end of the workshop. Please bring a notebook or laptop to the workshop. Registration required.
At this creative writing workshop, we will complete solo and group writing exercises and learn how to write erotic fiction. Perhaps you've always wanted to write about a particular steamy encounter or write a story to share with a partner but don't know where to begin.
At the end of the workshop, everyone should have a completed first draft short story or vignette.
And have eaten lots of chocolate.

Wednesday, March 25 at 7 PM, I will be hosting a reading at Word Up Books in Washington Heights. The event will also feature novelist, poet and visual artist Jeff Musillo reading from his novel, The Ease of Access about a male prostitute hired to service reality TV stars. The book signing and author talk will also include a sex-positive Q&A and free empanadas!
